Sterling, tell us about your background outside of cycling.
I grew up country style and home schooled all the way through high school. My only college experience is two years of fashion design studies, so my perspective is a little different. I continue to be a student of life, deeply interested in the art/music/fashion world and I read a lot of non-fiction. The latest books I've read focused on NLP (neuro linguistic programing.) The Red Peloton is a Non-profit Organization that promotes all aspects of Cycling through racing/riding, charitable events, community outreach, and local philanthropy. The Red Peloton accomplishes this mission by promoting cycling events, volunteering for junior development, hosting bicycle safety programs, and leading civic/charity activities.

Team Kaos is a USA Cycling sanctioned cycling club based Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. Members range from 15 to 65 years of age, from the casual recreational rider who never enters bike races to the hard core category 1 rider who races frequently.

MISSION: UNL Cycling Club is a competitively based sports club that focuses on introducing the aspect of racing to anybody with an interest.
The UNL Cycling Club has been around since 2001 and is part of the North Central Collegiate Cycling Conference (NCCCC). In the fall we recruit members and hook them into cycling via weekly team meetings and outings, and at our annual Fall Break Training Camp which gives members a crash course in what cycling is. 2WHEELRACING was born from a desire to share in the success and growth in local cycling in 2007 and to foster friendships on and off the bike. We are fortunate to live in perhaps the finest place on earth to ride! It was a remarkable year for cycling in the Northbay.
